What is your shipping policy?
DOMESTIC
All items are sent via Royal Mail (1st Class Signed For).
INTERNATIONAL
All items are sent via Royal Mail (International Tracked + Signed) where available.
What is your exchange/returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please get in contact and let us know. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or credit. Any returns postage is at the customer’s expense and the use of signed for services is encouraged.
Please note: as we supply from a wide range of manufacturers the fitting guidelines will differ.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be returned unworn/unused in the condition which it was received with proof of purchase.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt and if satisfactory the exchange/credit will be issued.
Are your poly mailers recyclable?
The poly mailers we use are made with 100% polyethylene material and are identified by recycling code 4, the symbol is printed on the bags.
Recycling code #4 is often not accepted at curbside recycling programs. However, some local communities do accept it — as it is considered a safe form of plastic.
However, if an unlabelled bag is placed in a recycling bin, it is usually discarded as the recycling program has no way of identifying the material.
A recycling code is not an automatic indicator that a material is recyclable but rather an explanation of what the item is.
