Rare, long-sleeved version of the classic home shirt as worn by the side when finishing 5th and 6th respectively in the Premier League. Chelsea also wore this shirt when winning the FA Cup in 2000, beating Aston Villa by a single goal in the last final to be played at the old Wembley Stadium.
